Key Responsibilities

• Measure and cut insulation materials to fit boilers, pipes, and other equipment.
• Install insulation using various materials such as fiberglass, foam, or mineral wool.
• Apply protective coverings or coatings to insulate surfaces and ensure durability.
• Inspect and repair insulation systems to maintain thermal efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to meet project specifications.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for insulation work.
• Follow safety regulations and guidelines to prevent workplace hazards.
• Ensure high-quality finishes and precise installations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Boiler and Pipe Insulator or similar role.
• Knowledge of insulation materials, tools, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces or at heights.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
