Job Overview:
NextStep Workforce Solutions is seeking experienced Installer-Finishers for plasterboard partitions to join construction teams in Lithuania. The role involves assembling and finishing plasterboard partitions to create functional and visually appealing interiors for residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and mark wall and partition layouts according to design specifications.
• Cut, shape, and install plasterboard panels for walls, ceilings, and partitions.
• Secure panels to metal or wooden frames using screws, nails, or adhesives.
• Apply joint compounds, tapes, and finishes to achieve smooth surfaces.
• Inspect completed work for precision and quality.
• Make adjustments or repairs to ensure durability and alignment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in installing and finishing plasterboard partitions.
• Familiarity with tools, materials, and techniques used in partition installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and finishing.
• Physical stamina and ability to work on ladders or scaffolding.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
