Job Overview:
NextStep Workforce Solutions is looking for experienced Plasterers to join construction teams in Lithuania. The role includes preparing surfaces, applying plaster, and creating smooth or decorative finishes for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare walls, ceilings, and other surfaces for plastering by cleaning, leveling, and sealing cracks.
• Mix and apply plaster using hand and machine tools to achieve smooth or decorative finishes.
• Repair and restore damaged plaster surfaces.
• Work with a variety of materials, including traditional lime, cement, and modern synthetic plasters.
• Measure and cut plasterboards for ceiling and wall installations.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in applying and finishing plaster.
• Knowledge of tools, techniques, and materials used in plastering.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in different environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
