Key Responsibilities

• Remove old road surfaces and prepare foundations for repairs or resurfacing.

• Ensure proper drainage systems are maintained or installed during road repairs.
• Maintain a safe and clean worksite, adhering to safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects within timelines.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Road Repairer or in a similar construction role is preferred.
• Familiarity with road repair equipment and techniques.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in road construction.
