Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, set up, and dismantle concrete molds and formwork.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete to required specifications.
• Smooth and level concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Monitor and ensure proper curing of concrete for structural integrity.
• Repair or patch damaged concrete structures as required.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints to ensure precision.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, clean work environment.
• Follow safety standards and collaborate effectively with team members.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Concrete Fitter or in a similar construction role is preferred.
• Knowledge of concrete handling, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in challenging environments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety regulations.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
