Job Overview:
NextStep Workforce Solutions is seeking experienced Bricklayers to join our construction projects in Lithuania. This role involves laying bricks, blocks, and other materials to construct or repair walls, structures, and foundations with precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lay bricks, blocks, or other materials to construct walls, partitions, arches, and other structures.
• Prepare and mix mortar or cement for binding materials together.
• Interpret and follow construction blueprints and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape bricks or materials to fit the design requirements.
• Repair and restore damaged brickwork or structures as needed.
• Ensure high precision and quality in all tasks performed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean worksite.
• Adhere to safety standards and collaborate with the construction team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bricklayer or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.
• Familiarity with various types of bricks, blocks, and bonding techniques.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
