NextStep Workforce Solutions is seeking skilled Builders to construct buildings using traditional materials and methods in Lithuania. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in traditional construction techniques and a passion for preserving architectural heritage.

Key Responsibilities
- Construct and repair buildings using traditional materials such as wood, stone, and brick.
- Interpret and follow architectural plans and technical drawings.
- Prepare materials and ensure proper mixing and handling of mortar, cement, or other building substances.
- Work on restoring or replicating traditional structures to maintain historical integrity.
- Use hand and power tools to shape and fit materials accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in construction, especially with traditional materials, is preferred.
- Familiarity with traditional building methods and techniques.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety guidelines.
