Key Responsibilities:

• Polish and finish metal surfaces using various polishing tools and machines.
• Inspect metal parts for imperfections and work to remove defects and scratches.
• Ensure the metal surfaces are smooth, clean, and properly prepared for further production or assembly.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any issues or maintenance needs for machines to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in metal polishing or surface finishing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to operate polishing machinery and hand tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
• Physical ability to handle materials and stand for extended periods.
• Strong focus on safety and following procedures.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
